By accessing or using the services provided by Indian Pulp and Paper Technical
Association, including membership services, website, and other platforms
(collectively, “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these General
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership in IPPTA is open to individuals and organizations that meet the
membership criteria and pay the required membership dues and fees. We reserve
the right to accept or reject any membership application at our discretion.

3. Membership Benefits and Services

Membership benefits, services, and offerings may vary based on membership level
and are subject to change without prior notice. We make no warranties or
representations regarding the availability, quality, or suitability of any membership
benefits or services.

4. Payment and Billing

Membership dues and fees are due upon enrolment and annually ( calendar year
basis) except life membership thereafter, unless otherwise specified. Payment must
be made in full to access membership benefits and services. Failure to pay
membership dues may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property rights related to our Services,
including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by
or licensed to IPPTA. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any content
from our Services without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPPTA shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits
or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection
with your use of our Services or these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to our
Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these
Terms or misuse of our Services subject to prevalent laws any bylaws of IPPTA.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Saharanpur Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
